Shipping policy
We will ship your order based on current rates from Australia Post. Actual cost may depend on packaging dimensions.
We deliver within Australia only Sydney Metro , subject to future review.
Order processing steps
1) Check Item stock (1 Business Day)
If below the in stock amount, the order moves to Artwork Approval.
If greater the in stock amount, contact the trophy store with how many are required via info@thetrophystore.com.au so we can check the warehouse stock, we will respond with: if we can fill the request and the restocking times.
2) Artwork Approval (1-2 Business Day this may vary depending on order size and change requests)
If NO artwork is required the order moves to Delivery
If artwork is required, wireframe layouts will be sent to the email provided, these drawings are dimensional representations of items. The scale is A4 paper unless stated differently. The Supply of Artwork to be used in the design should be the highest quality, Vector formats are preferred. When you supply artwork we will contact you if we need better quality, advising option on Vector processing or redrawing logo & crests, fees will apply.
3) Processing Artwork (1 to 7 days in Peak times September – December 2 – 3 Weeks)
Engraving, Digital Printing Foil and Vinyl Application (maybe possible same day)
Custom Designs CNC Processing, these orders may be affected by the weather.
4)Pickup & Delivery
